MESALT Sodium Chloride Impregnated Dressing is a sodium chloride, impregnated dressing that helps stimulate the cleansing of moist necrosis (slough) in draining and infected wounds. MESALT Sodium Chloride Impregnated Dressing absorbs exudate, bacteria and necrotic material from the wound into the dressing. Intended for the management of moderate to heavily draining and/or infected wounds and deep cavity wounds such as pressure ulcers and surgical wounds.
