All orders are subject to acceptance by Scrip Companies and product availability. Scrip Companies кeserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, including after an order confirmation has been sent, for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or promotional errors, incorrect product information, or other website or system errors. Prices, product descriptions, specifications, images, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. If an order is canceled after payment has been received, Scrip Companies will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order.

Scrip Companies wants you to be satisfied. Approved returns are accepted within 30 days of initial receipt, provided items are in new and unused condition, still in original packaging, and in saleable condition. No restocking fee applies to returns within the 30-day period (customer responsible for return shipping). A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns received 31-59 days after receipt. Returns received after 60 days will not be processed.

Restocking fees and return policies may vary for items shipped directly from manufacturers. Custom-ordered items and final-sale items are not returnable. All returns must be pre-authorized with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before sending. Items returned without a RA# clearly marked on the shipping box will be returned to the customer.

Certain products are subject to supplier-specific return policies. Supplier policies may be modified at any time, with or without notice. Scrip Companies is not responsible for changes to supplier return terms or policies. Please note that all Oakworks products are only eligible for return within 14 days due to the Oakworks return agreement.

The following items cannot be returned and are considered final sale:

Opened or used products including: oils, lotions, personal care products, creams, hygiene items, books, videos, music, CDs, DVDs, brochures, and software.

Washed linens, worn clothing, or used disposable garments.

Special orders and custom-built tables or equipment.

Any items that do not meet the condition requirements outlined in the Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns section above.

All orders are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which governs shipping and delivery matters. Our shipping terms are FOB Seller's warehouse. Risk of loss transfers to the customer at the time of shipment. We reserve the right to select the appropriate carrier based on order requirements. For delays caused by carriers, we are not responsible, but we are happy to file claims on your behalf. Upon receiving your order, inspect the package and products for any damage or shortages. You must report any damage to Scrip Companies, along with photos, within 48 hours of delivery. If damage or shortage is not reported within 48 hours, the order will be considered delivered complete and in good condition. Scrip Companies will work with the carrier to file damage claims on your behalf. Scrip Companies is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, supply shortages, labor disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond Scrip Companies's control.

Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are subject to the terms and conditions established by the applicable manufacturer. Scrip Companies does not independently extend or modify a manufacturer's warranty unless expressly stated in writing.

Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER.
