High-quality, resistive exercise band for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training. Lightweight, compact, and portable - bands improve patient compliance at-home and on-the-go. Perfectly sized for use in all types of resistance exercises with a uniform, 5-inch width. Can be used as an exercise solution to strengthen and/or condition upper and lower body, including but not limited to, shoulders, arms, chest, upper back, neck, abs, hips, knees, ankles and wrists. Convenient, 6-yard roll packaged on core to fit most dispenser racks and in dispenser box as ready-to-use option. Includes instructional illustrations on packaging for four essential exercises. Color Coded Resistance Levels

• Yellow – Extra-Light 3.0 – 4.3 lbs.
• Red – Light 3.7 – 5.5 lbs.
• Green – Medium 4.6 – 6.7 lbs.
• Blue – Heavy 5.8 – 8.6 lbs.
• Black – Extra-Heavy 7.3 – 10.2 lbs.
